Strawberry™ Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

At Strawberry™, our mission is to deliver high-performance skincare products backed by integrity and exceptional customer care. We want you to love every part of your experience with us, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered the processing phase and we may no longer be able to make changes. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse.

If you submit a video showing that your product is not functioning as intended and our team determines it is not eligible for a refund, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price.

To request a return, please email support@trystrawberry.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team prior to shipping anything back to us. Items must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Please include your order number and the name used at checkout inside the return package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected (this may take up to 10 business days), we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds may take up to 40 business days from confirmation to be processed, depending on your financial institution.

All refunds are issued in USD ($). Strawberry™ is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees.


Damaged Items

If your product arrives physically broken or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@trystrawberry.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review and determine if a replacement is eligible at no cost.

Please note: Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered product damage. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders promptly but cannot control delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If you experience shipping issues, please contact the courier directly. Strawberry™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Fraud Prevention

To ensure your safety, we verify all billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We may request additional verification information if needed. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify you immediately.
